I agree with John. I was terrified of Silk when I had my first confrontation a year ago. I thought dairy might be triggering migraines so I gave it a day or too sans the good stuff... However, I actually was surprised by how much it DIDN'T taste like rayon. The color is a bit off putting but the overall taste (I still only put it in cereal, oatmeal, etc...) is actually very milk-like in a way. It's not super taste-FUL, rather complimentary to other fine flavors. So, Mike, give Silk another chance. With six grams of protein you can't go wrong.
